Live chat within the Brand Vault may be temporarily unavailable during this transition period.
Ticket Portal Access (Projects in Brand Vault)
The support portal where you normally view and manage tickets may also be briefly offline. We expect this to be very temporary in the early operation hours of business (ie. 8am-9am – Eastern Standard Time)
What Happens to Your Existing Requests?
No need to worry—everything is covered!
- If you currently have an open support request, our team will automatically continue the conversation in the new system
- Your historical support data remains accessible to our team, ensuring full continuity and context
