UGC Agency for B2B and Industrial Brands
Creator-style video that looks like a customer filmed it, produced for manufacturers, print and sign shops, and specialty vehicle dealers, and wired into the CRM that tracks what it earns.

- Two production studios, Orlando FL and Webster NY
- Built for regulated, technical and trade categories, not beauty and supplements
- Content ships into our own CRM and automation stack, so leads are attributed
Howell Studios is a UGC agency for companies that sell to businesses rather than to teenagers on TikTok. Most user generated content agencies are built around direct-to-consumer beauty, fashion and supplement brands, where a creator can use the product on camera in thirty seconds. Industrial and B2B categories are harder: the buyer is a shop owner or a fleet manager, the product is a press or a wrap or a signage system, and a creator who has never set foot on a production floor makes content that the audience immediately dismisses. We build UGC for those categories specifically, and we run it through the same lead system we build for our clients.
What UGC actually is, and what it is not
Organic UGC
Real customers, fans and users making raw, unscripted media on their own phones, without payment. It is the strongest form of social proof you can get because nothing about it is bought. It builds community engagement that polished studio advertising rarely matches, and it looks native on the platforms where it lives.
UGC ads
Paid social advertisements deliberately made to look like an organic creator video rather than a studio commercial. Same handheld framing, same unpolished delivery, but produced on purpose and put behind ad spend. They earn higher click-through at lower cost than traditional creative, because the viewer reads them as a peer recommendation before they read them as an ad.
The difference that matters commercially
Organic UGC is earned and unpredictable. UGC ads are produced and repeatable. Most brands need both: organic to prove the format works with a real audience, then paid to scale the pieces that already performed. Treating them as one thing is the most common reason UGC programmes stall.

How we work
- Find what already works. Before producing anything, we look at what customers have already posted about you and which pieces earned genuine engagement. That is free evidence about what your audience responds to, and it costs nothing to read.
- Produce in the format, not the polish. UGC video production is shot to look native to the feed, handheld and unscripted, rather than cut down from a corporate brand film. The testimonial video work we already do for trade clients is the closest cousin to this, and it is where a lot of our UGC starts.
- Test organically, then put spend behind winners. Pieces run without budget first. Only what earns engagement on its own gets promoted into paid, which is how the format stays cheap.
- Attribute it. Content connects to our CRM and automation stack so a view can be followed to an enquiry rather than reported as impressions.
Why brands choose us over a freelancer or a traditional agency
Two things usually go wrong when a B2B brand buys UGC.
- A freelance creator has no back end. They will deliver good raw video and nothing else. There is no CRM behind it, no lead routing, no follow-up, and no way to tell whether any of it produced revenue. The content exists and the pipeline does not move.
- A traditional agency produces the wrong artefact. They make a stiff, scripted, colour-graded corporate spot, because that is what they are set up to do, and it dies in a feed that rewards the opposite.
We sit deliberately between the two. Production is genuinely raw and creator-style, and behind it sits AI social marketing, a CRM, and an AI receptionist that answers the enquiries the content generates. That combination is the reason a UGC programme with us shows up as tracked leads rather than as a folder of video files.
The industry focus is the second difference. We already work inside the print and sign industry and the automotive and specialty vehicle industry, so the person holding the camera understands what a wide-format press or a wrap bay actually is.
Best practices we hold clients to
Always get permission before you reshare
If a customer posts something about you, ask before you use it. A short comment or direct message requesting rights is enough, and it takes a minute. Reposting without asking is the fastest way to turn an advocate into a complaint. Paid and incentivised content carries disclosure obligations too, set out in the FTC’s Endorsement Guides.
Keep it genuinely raw
Resist the urge to grade it, script it, or add the logo animation. Feeds reward content that looks unpolished and real, and the moment a piece looks produced it stops reading as a recommendation and starts reading as an ad.
Test before you pay
Watch which organic customer posts actually perform, then approach those specific creators about scaling the winners into paid. Paying first and measuring afterwards is how UGC budgets get wasted.
Common questions
What is a UGC agency?
A UGC agency produces user generated content, meaning video and photo made to look like it came from a real customer rather than from a brand studio. Some agencies only source and manage creators, some only produce the content, and some, like us, also connect it to the advertising and lead systems that make it measurable. The term covers both organic content and paid ads shot in creator style.
How much does UGC cost compared to studio production?
Less per asset, and the gap widens with volume, because UGC is deliberately not colour-graded, scripted or studio-lit. The real saving is in testing: you can produce several variants for the cost of one polished spot and only put media spend behind the one that already earned engagement organically.
Does UGC work for B2B and industrial brands?
Yes, and it is less contested there. Almost every UGC agency is built for direct-to-consumer categories, so a manufacturer or a print shop using creator-style content stands out in a feed full of corporate video. The requirement is that whoever makes it understands the product well enough to be credible to a trade audience.
Do you use our real customers, or creators?
Both, depending on what you need. Organic UGC comes from your actual customers and carries the most credibility. Creator-produced UGC ads are made to order and are repeatable and scalable. Most programmes we run use customer content to establish what resonates, then creators to scale it.
